Memories   Leave a comment

A moment in time;
a grain of sand.
Here one moment, gone the next.
One to hold in your hand,
the other in your heart.

The flutter of a butterflies’ wings.
A happy birds’ song as it sings.
The gentle swaying of the trees
during a soft summer breeze.
All held as memories in your heart.

The slap,……. slap,…….. slap of waves lazily on the shore.
In tune with two friends as they walk along hand in hand.
In tune with all of natures different sounds.
To be cherished as memories in their hearts once more.
